This retreat offers trauma-healing tools, relaxation, both small group and one-on-one experiential practice. In this groundbreaking retreat, Dr. Mary Gaddy MD (Neurologist, HMR Certified Trainer, Addiction Specialist), Jan Sautter of Life Strategies and Grief Recovery(Master Life Coach & Grief Recovery Specialist) and Jaime McNatt of True North Therapy (Trauma psychotherapist) have come together to share decades of teachings, healings practices and the gifts of freedom from trauma.
